Pre-Meditation Tips

Focus on the middle of the forehead and try to go as deep as possible through the Meditational path. In the beginning, it would be difficult to maintain your focus as your mind will keep running here and there – too many thoughts will come to you. But with gradual practice, you’ll be able to focus better and witness the difference for yourself.
