Why The Blog?

There was a period in my life when things weren’t going well. I saw no purpose, no meaning, and everything that I did felt pointless. It was a deep black pit that I was spiraling into.

To get myself out of that pit, I had to reconsider the purpose of my existence… which, trust me, did not come easy…  Anxious days and sleepless nights were the result of the struggle that was going on inside of me… in fact, the struggle every once in a while emerges and reminds me of itself. Tough reality.

I began to read books related to self-development, spirituality, health, entrepreneurship and psychology. Anything that gave me motivation and knowledge, I read. It was then when I finally realized that I have the potential and the tools to create change in me. And so the change began.

Despite desperately wanting to be happy, I knew there was a long road ahead of me, albeit an exciting one. I grew a deep sense of appreciation towards all that I possess in life and that what surrounds me. Naturally, this feeling made me want to give back as well.

I wanted to share everything that I learned and was learning with those who are also struggling, that are in a place similar to the one that I was once in. That is when I started this blog.
